Orders and payment
Fixed-price items can be paid online through Paystack after the order details are saved. A successful payment records the amount for that order but remains subject to Cakes by Estee confirming availability and fulfilment. If an order contains a made-to-quote cake or package, no online payment is started until Estee has reviewed the request and agreed the final amount with you.
Prices, notice and fulfilment
Displayed prices and estimated totals are in Ghana cedis. Custom designs or requested package changes may require a final quote. Notice periods shown on the menu are minimums, not guarantees of availability. Third-party delivery services are arranged separately, and their fee is not included in the Paystack amount unless Cakes by Estee explicitly says otherwise.
Payment issues, changes and refunds
Do not repeat a payment solely because a confirmation screen is delayed; first check the order or contact Cakes by Estee with the order reference. Order changes and cancellations are subject to the bakery’s preparation status and any costs already incurred. Where a refund is agreed, Cakes by Estee will initiate it through the appropriate payment route; bank or payment-provider processing times can apply.
Reviews and customer content
Reviews and optional photos submitted through the website are moderated before publication. Only submit material you have the right to share. Cakes by Estee may decline, hide or remove submissions that expose private details, are abusive, misleading, irrelevant or unlawful.
Google Maps content
Some review information is provided by Google Maps and remains subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Terms of Service. Links open the source review or listing on Google Maps.
